This renovation was a partial home gut that had walls removed and included replacing all the windows, floors and fixtures, upgrading electrical and plumbing, new kitchen, fireplace and basement renovation.
Renovation Project
This project was a partial house gut where the layout was changed up. Walls removed with full custom trim throughout, including window and door trim. New flooring was laid throughout with custom floor vents. The custom kitchen was designed with a butler pantry. Custom bathroom cabinetry was built and electrical and plumbing were also completed.
Whole Home Renovation Project
This renovation was a partial home gut that included replacing most of the windows, floors and fixtures were all replaced. A new custom kitchen was installed with new appliances and granite countertops, The living room a gas stone veneer fireplace installed The dining room and kitchen have coffered ceilings. The basement renovation had the addition of a bar area, bathroom and 2 home offices. The electrical and plumbing were upgraded,
